Deliveries, Returns & Refunds

We take great care when sending your arrangement and quality is of utmost importance to us.  Our packaging is designed to help deliver your product in the best xxx possible, but we cannot be held responsible if the postee has a bad day.  If your packaging is damaged in any-way you must refuse to accept the order, as if the product is signed for you are accepting liability and any damage in transit.

UK Shipping
  • Express Next Day Delivery – available when ordered before 12.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
  • Select Express Delivery at checkout if required.
  • Please note that our Express Delivery option applies to bookings made between Monday and Friday only, bookings made on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Depending on demand and product ordered, we will aim to deliver within 5 to 10 business days.  All weekend deliveries must be ordered before the closest Thursday to the delivery weekend and are charged accordingly.

If you have a specific delivery date, please note this at check out or text us to confirm availability on 07966901335, we don’t always answer calls immediately as we are busy creating bouquets.

Our delivery rates are as follows:

  • ​Weekday ANYTIME Delivery – £9.95
  • Express Next Day Delivery (order before noon) – from £35.00
  • Free collection from our studio is available by prior appointment at our base in Staffordshire, please email hello@joliegifts.co.uk
Refund Policy

As each of our floral arrangements are custom made to order to our client’s specific requirements, please note colours can vary slightly from the images as this is a natural product, also we use decorations that are available at the time of purchase, which makes all our bouquets unique, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please text us on 07966901335 or email hello@joliegifts.co.uk.  We will require photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging in order to assess the best course of action.

It is the customer’s full responsibility to return the product and we therefore recommend using a courier with a tracking service, the product must be unused and in all it’s original packaging.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Once the product is received, the claim will be assessed and if deemed faulty a replacement or full refund will be issued in accordance with the customer’s preference, but please remember if you sign for a damaged box, we are not responsible for the replacement.
